Position Overview: 

We aim to unlock new opportunities in the corporate sector, driving sustained growth, achieving divisional and organizational objectives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to both new and existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Client Excellence:

• Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to offer relevant solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans to align client goals with company offerings.  

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the zone.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventative measures. 

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and analyze the performance of accounts and partner/agency, implementing improvements as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account status and progress.

 Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer service) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
   

Professional Experience

• Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level business portfolios and drive client engagement.
• Experience in reducing churn and achieving sales and retention targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding ICT solutions, IoT, and connectivity products is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  
  

Other Requirement

• Ability to travel as needed for client visits and on-site engagements.
